I received a room upgrade upon arrival, which I found very pleasant. The air conditioning cleaning service ensured a comfortable environment. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to access many nearby conveniences.
The coffee machine in the room did not initially work, requiring me to request it to be fixed. This was an inconvenience upon arrival, and I would prefer all room amenities to be fully functional from the start.

waqas at reception was helpful he ensured everything was perfect. the room was super clean and the bed felt super comfortable. the location was also perfect for exploring the area and enjoying nearby attractions. amenities in the room were great which added to the comfort.
i noticed cooking smells in the hallway this was slightly bothersome

i found the housekeeping service superb, especially rajkumar and srawam. the room was very large and cleaning details were excellent. i appreciated the quick response from abhishek and shubham from housekeeping. the hotel offered good views from my room.
the reception staff was not quite so good. i found them rather dismissive.

our room was very nice. i found a washing machine, iron, and microwave in it. the swimming pool is on the 25th floor. i liked i could use it until 9pm.
the reception staff were not that good, they seemed dismissive. i had requested a room on a high floor but i got one on the fourth floor. they said i could not move. the room service menu always said the cheese cake was unavailable.

the room was very clean and tidy, so i really like everything in this hotel. its location also helped a lot. a special thanks goes to raj and srawan, because they take care of my room so well!
the hotel looks better in the pictures then it is. the furniture lacks quality. there was lint all over the sofa. overall the apartment had a cheap feel and not good value for money.
